Education

Mr. Bell earned his bachelors’ degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School.

Professional Experience

Mr. Bell’s practice concentrates primarily on governmental affairs and administrative law. He was formerly with the Daytona Beach law firm of Cobb Cole & Bell, where he focused on estate planning and real property law. Mr. Bell has received an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, has been named in Florida Trend Magazine as a member of the Florida Legal Elite, and is listed in the 2007 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Bell is a member of the State and Local Government Law sections of The Florida Bar.

Mr. Bell currently serves as Secretary of the Tallahassee Community College Foundation. Mr. Bell is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Area Visitors and Convention Bureau.
