Mack Cooper is a senior policy adviser at Waller Lansden. For 20 years, Mr. Cooper has had a career devoted to shaping public policy and ensuring its enactment and implementation. He has experience in various public sectors, as well as the private sector. Mr. Cooper has served two governors in his 20-year tenure in state government. During that time, he served in the highest levels of government. Like the two governors he served, Mr. Cooper demonstrated keen insight into the political process and developed long-term relationships with members of both parties. Mr. Cooper also has extensive experience in the regulatory environment in Tennessee as well as at the federal level.
