Professional Experience
Mr. Granger has been advising public entities and utility clients for over 20 years. His practice focuses on municipal, utility, economic, contract and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience with the electric and natural gas industry in New England. Mr. Granger counsels clients on a range of transactional and business matters and the litigation and settlement of complex business disputes. He has represented clients in arbitration and regulatory proceedings and before trial and appellate courts.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Granger has a technical background. Prior to joining Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, PC, he provided legal and technical advice to utility clients throughout New England and pioneered computer models used by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities in the 1980’s to reform electricity pricing. Prior to that work, he was a rate and financial consultant with Chas. T. Main, Inc. While there, Mr. Granger managed projects for public and private clients in the United States, Canada, and Central America.
Mr. Granger is admitted to the bars of the Supreme Judicial Court, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
