PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining freeborn & Peters LLP, Mr. Marsh served as the Assistant General Counsel in charge of all litigation and claims for the nation’s seventh largest railroad. He has handled and supervised the strategy of billion-dollar antitrust cases, several large environmental litigation, and a variety of commercial and insurance-related disputes.
