Insurance Experience

Eric M. Page is a shareholder in the Richmond, Virginia office of LeClairRyan whose practice focuses on representing/assisting insurance companies and insurance agencies in all forms of insurance related regulatory matters in Virginia before the State Corporation Commission and Bureau of Insurance. His practice also involves representing utilities, securities broker-dealers, investment advisors, financial institutions and other regulated entities in administrative proceedings in Virginia. Eric is a former Assistant Attorney General of Virginia, and he has served as the chair and vice chair of the Virginia State Bar Administrative Law Section. He has been the chair of the National Regulatory Conference and is a frequent speaker on matters involving insurance, utility, securities and banking regulation in Virginia. Eric was recently appointed by the Virginia Supreme Court as the vice chair of the Virginia State Bar Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board. “AV” rated, “Super Lawyers”.
