Professional Experience

Ms. Ryan-Small is a resident of Amherst, Massachusetts and has practiced in Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, PC’s Amherst office since 1994. She has widely-researched Massachusetts and federal law on behalf of the firm’s clients and has written numerous trial and appellate briefs in state and federal cases involving those entities.

Prior to joining Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, PC, Ms. Ryan-Small served as legal counsel in the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and oversaw the development of and publication of the first edition of Massachusetts Tax Practice. Previously, she served as law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.

Ms. Ryan-Small is admitted to the bars of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
