Professional Experience
As Managing Director of the firm and a long-standing member of the firm’s Management Advisory Committee, Jamie Smith is responsible for helping guide and shape the firm’s business and client service strategies. In addition to his management responsibilities, Jamie is actively involved in client matters. He counsels many of the city’s leading employers and spends significant time with the firm’s clients in order to help them understand the breadth and depth of the firm’s resources. Highly regarded in the business community for his ability to provide practical and sound advice on a wide range of business issues, Jamie assists clients in corporate and securities matters; mergers; acquisitions and divestitures; corporate finance; venture capital; and general business counseling and transactions.
