Education: Mrs. Snowden is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in communication.
Professional Experience
Special Consultant*, Tallahassee (*Not a member of The Florida Bar.) Mrs. Snowden joined Pennington, Moore, Wilkinson, Bell, & Dunbar as a consultant in January 2002. Mrs. Snowden brings many years of experience with insurance industry legislation to the firm. Mrs. Snowden represents clients before the Legislature and the executive branch agencies and departments with an emphasis on insurance issues and insurance transactions. Before joining the firm, Mrs. Snowden held the position of Legislative Analyst with the Committee on Insurance of the Florida House of Representatives, where she researched and analyzed insurance legislation and functioned as a technical expert to legislators and the public on new and ongoing issues affecting the insurance industry. Mrs. Snowden also was a Legislative Research Assistant with the Committee on Utilities & Communications of the Florida House of Representatives. She subsequently held a position as Legislative Research Specialist with the Committee on Financial Services.
