Martineau Seminar: Crushing the Crunch

This seminar, chaired by Peter Manford, takes a more positive look at what we can do to trade through the recession and increase the market share.

  • Mike Ames, our guest speaker, will show us how to keep and gain customers even in this economic environment.  He wil also discuss how to make use of the recession to improve sales and win new busness.

  • Adjustments to the work force as well as concern and unrest are an inevitable feature of doing business currently.  Jane Byford will talk about how to manage change amongst your personnel.

  • Carol Gunning will look at reducing the risks to us of the problems which our customers and suppliers may experience by improving your position through the terms on which you contract.

  • Michelle O’Brien will talk about how to manage disagreements effectively if they do arise so that their cost and impact is minimised as far as possible.
