Mr. Hartman is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Section. He represents clients in commercial matters in both federal and state court. For example, he represents clients with regard to copyright infringement litigation as well as respect to shareholder disputes in closely held corporations and with regard to general contractual matters. He also represents school districts with regard to a variety of issues.
Mr. Hartman received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2000 from Creighton University School of Law. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
