Governor McDonnell Announces Additional Appointments to Administration
RICHMOND- Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell today announced additional appointments to his gubernatorial administration. Neal Insley of Poquoson will serve as ABC Commissioner and Chairman of the ABC Board. Insley previously served as Special Counsel at LeClair Ryan, where he was in charge of their Hospitality Law Industry Team. Insley has been involved in some of the highest profile and most complex ABC litigation and has developed an in-depth knowledge of ABC laws, regulations and procedures. He began his state service in 1993 as a Police Officer with the Virginia Marine Police.
