David J. Kramer represents public and private sector clients with a special emphasis on government and community relations, lobbying, management-side labor and employment law, and education law. Prior to rejoining the firm, David managed a successful campaign for a public interest committee to pass a multi-million dollar bond issue. From 1996 to 1998 David lived in Luanda, Angola, where he designed and implemented educational programs to strengthen the Angolan National Parliament and its political parties. David was an associate with the firm from 1990 to 1996. David is active in the Nebraska and Douglas County Republican Parties. He has been a campaign volunteer on numerous successful races for U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, state legislature, county treasurer and a variety of local offices. David is a former Chairman of the Membership Services Committee of the Nebraska State Bar Association. He continues to be involved in numerous other community organizations. David was named one of ten Outstanding Young Omahans by the Jaycees in 1999. David is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. |
