A. Kimberly Hoffman is the firm’s Legislative and Regulatory practice chair. She uses her 25 years of experience advising and representing clients with complex regulatory, transactional, and legislative matters. The team she leads has successfully represented clients in enactment of legislation, including drafting, advocacy, strategy, and counseling.
Kimberly represents a diverse group of local and national clients, including real estate developers, property owners, healthcare providers, institutions and non-profit corporations. She handles all land use, title, transactional, and real estate litigation issues, and acts as local counsel in multi-state transactions. Kimberly also chairs the firm’s Land Use practice.
