| Tom is a member of Butler Snow’s Business Department and practices in the Regulatory and Government group. His practice is concentrated on government relations, regulatory and public affairs advice and advocacy and business transactions. Tom earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University and received his bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University. He has been recognized by BL Rankings, The Best Lawyers in America® and in 2017 he was awarded Lawyer of the Year: Government Relations Practice (Austin). Tom is a founding fellow of the Austin Bar Foundation and serves on many committees and sections of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to the Texas Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court. |
