Veronica O. Faust practices primarily in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, including all associated regulatory approvals and permits. She has extensive experience navigating the various councils, boards and agencies governing and regulating Delaware’s growing coastal communities and serves as the municipal attorney for one of them.
She advises local and national developers and investors in all matters related to the acquisition, sale, development, financing, leasing and zoning of Delaware real property. Veronica also represents clients in the purchase, sale and financing of business interests or assets and advises clients on strategic planning and legislative matters that impact their business.
